Step 1: Contact us

Step 2: You will receive a reply from one of our members within 48 hours. We will ask some standard questions, please don't take it personal.

Step 3: If we determine that an investigation is warranted (and we probably will), a preliminary investigation will be scheduled.

Step 4: One or 2 investigators who you have already spoken to will come to the location with equipment to take preliminary measurements and conduct an onsite interview.

Step 5: A full investigation will be scheduled.

Step 6: 4-5 investigators will come to the location with as much equipment as they can bring. Generally this amounts to 3 camera bags worth per investigator. They will take extensive measurements and make recordings. They will probably have additional questions for you.

Step 7: Any necessary background research will be done. This may require information from you regarding the legal description of the property.

Step 8: A final report will be drafted and sent to you. Any recordings or images that reveal unexplained phenomena are available to you at no cost.

Notes:
During an investigation, our work will go faster with more witnesses present during the investigation for questions. During the research phase, please give us as much information on the history of the property/item/individual as possible. Before you contact us, please determine what you want out of investigation, i.e. peace of mind, corroboration, or removal of an entity, and let us know so we can meet your needs.

All of our investigations are free. We do not charge for anything if the location is within driving distance of Houston. If the distance is long we may ask for expenses/room/board, but thus far we haven't had to, and we've driven pretty far.
