EVP Tech - Chris O'Toole

Chris O'Toole is a audiovisual engineer and specializes in video and electronic voice phenmon research, and paranormal photography. Chris incorporates EVP's samples in artwork and was part of an exibition at the Museum Fine Arts Houston in July of 2006. She was born in Galveston, Texas and now resides in Houston in the Montrose Area.
