Chronology:
1891 First National Bank of Llano

1898 N.T. Badu buys Failed bank and converts it to his home

1909 Charlie Neal, Proffesor Badu's wife dies and house is then given to Tillie and Kitty. Professor Badu's daughters. The professor remains living upstairs.

1936 Professor Badu dies of a heart attack Funeral is held in current dinning area by fireplace.

House remained in family until 1980 when it was purchased from great grandaughters of Professor Badu by Ann and Earl Ruff.

1980-1987 house owned by Ann and Earl Ruff. Earl Ruff dies in a motorcycle accident during the restoration of the home. House becomes a Historic monument in this time.

1987 Lance and Kathryn Moran buy home from the Ruffs.

1997-1999 Brenda Schnieder owns home and in this time span calls police on several occasions on sounds heard in the home.

1999 to current George and Marty Rozelle own home

Possible contributing factors of Hauntings:

1. Unfinished business
2. Territoriality
3. Funeral in front of house

1. Male presence in kitchen felt by staff member
2. Pete Haviland saw child on second story while outside looking through window that is on the second story landing of stairs.
3. Room 3, the Aberdeen room had moving temperature flucuations of 10 to 15 degrees cooler than rest of room, this is backed with electromagnetic field readings of 4-7 milligauss for the 2 days spent investigating the house.
4. Room 6 Charlie Neal room. Pete experienced a visual shirt tugging while trying to rest for the KAXN interview the night of March 29,2000. Also found cause of tapping of wall…when the fan is on it makes the wall tap…this was tried sucessfully 5 times.
5. Also in the Charlie Neal room felt hair being carressed when asking spirit to leave Pete alone.
6. Heard footsteps on stairs 2 times in early morning hours of March 30, 2000 only to find no one there.
7. KXAN Jim Swift had a door knocking on the morning March 30, 2000.

Possible entities haunting home: 3

1. Professor Badu
2. Earl Ruff
3. Unknown adolescent female with unknown cause of death at time of research

Haunting in kitchen is intelligent in nature, because it reacts to negitive comments of Badu family. Items will be thrown.

Haunting in bar is possibly Earl Ruff due to his hard work on the restoration and dying before its completion.

Haunting in room 6 of little girl has no reason at this time. Hopefully a Psychic can confirm on another investigation.
